City of Central Economic Development

This announcement is a little late. I've been out taking care of some medical issues. However, I have to comment on this historic event. In 2005, the City of Central became a city. Since that time, City Hall has had to exist in rented spaces. Finally, after 21 years, a city hall has been built and occupied! As residents drive by the corner of Hooper Road and Sullivan Road and see the beautiful buildings, it is obvious that we have put down our roots and are open for business. I am so thankful for the many citizens and elected officials who helped to bring this vision to pass. We are on the move!
